Branch, a subsidiary company of KINDEN CORPORATION – one of the biggest Electrical & Mechanical Contractors in Japan; set up under the Business License No. 4425/KHĐT-DN dated 16/07/2008 issued by the Services of Planning & Investment of HCMC; specializing in the Electrical, Mechanical and Power Engineering & Construction;
We are currently seeking suitably qualified candidates for the following position:
Project Management staff : ( 1 person – male/ female )
1. Scope of work
- Deal with affairs concerning the project management
2. Qualifications & Skills required
- Age from 23 to 28
- University/College Degree, courses in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting preferable
- Experienced or just graduated from the University/College acceptable
- Proficient in English (Level C) and in computers (Power Point, Words, Excel…..); able to communicate in Japanese to be an advantage
- Should be organized and skilled to maintain files and confidential records
- Should be trustworthy, honest and hard working; patient, motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Should be able to prioritize tasks, to work under pressure, meet deadlines and relate to people at all levels
- A neat and professional appearance is also important.
- Permanent residence in HCMC.
3. Principle responsibilities
- Involve in daily activities of project management staff to control all the contracts with Clients, the turnover and expenses of the projects
- Perform other administrative works as required
